The CASPIA Analytical Center, together with interns from Baku Eurasian University, visited the Port of Alat as part of the final stage of their internship program.

During the visit, the students were first presented with an overview of the port’s activities, including detailed information on cargo handling operations and Azerbaijan’s broader logistics strategy.

Following the presentation, the interns were given a guided tour of the port’s infrastructure. They visited the berths and key cargo handling areas, gaining first-hand insight into the operational processes of one of the region’s major transport hubs.

The students also had the opportunity to ask questions related to Azerbaijan’s logistics potential. Particular attention was given to the development prospects of the Middle Corridor and its growing role in international transportation routes.

The visit to the Port of Alat marked an important component of the internship, allowing participants to connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience in modern logistics and transport systems.
