The CASPIA Analytical Center held a meeting with Professor Toğrul İsmail, an internationally recognized expert in international relations and international law and a professor at Kahraman Sütçü İmam University in Türkiye.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a broad range of issues, including the current state and future prospects of the Azerbaijan-Türkiye strategic partnership, the institutional development of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), and the growing geopolitical and geoeconomic significance of the Middle Corridor.

The participants emphasized the importance of the Middle Corridor as a strategic transport and economic route linking Europe and Asia and highlighted its role in strengthening regional connectivity and deepening economic integration across the Turkic world.

The sides also underscored the need to enhance cooperation between academic and expert communities. In this regard, they stressed the importance of organizing joint conferences, roundtables, academic events, internship programs, and exchange initiatives for students and researchers.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed their interest in further expanding cooperation between the CASPIA Analytical Center and Turkish academic institutions and in launching joint research initiatives on regional and international issues.
