The CASPIA Analytical Center hosted a meeting with Peter Tase, Honorary Professor of the History of American Diplomacy and Foreign Policy and a renowned U.S. political analyst, and Umud Mirzayev, President and Founder of the International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF).

The meeting focused on the current state and future prospects of U.S.–Azerbaijan relations, emphasizing the importance of strengthening dialogue between Azerbaijani and American expert communities. Participants also discussed the need to expand cooperation with leading research institutions and policy experts from both the United States and Latin American countries in order to promote broader academic exchange, joint research initiatives, and expert dialogue on regional and global issues.

Special attention was devoted to the role of think tanks and academic institutions in fostering strategic communication and generating policy-oriented research that contributes to stronger international partnerships.

Following the meeting, Peter Tase and Umud Mirzayev delivered a guest lecture as part of the CASPIA Internship Program for students of Khazar University.

The lecture focused on several key topics, including United States policy toward the South Caucasus, U.S. migration policy, and the country's domestic political landscape. Students also had the opportunity to engage in an interactive discussion with the speakers, addressing contemporary challenges in U.S. foreign policy and the evolving role of the United States in regional affairs.
