The CASPIA Analytical Center has launched a new internship program, welcoming a group of students, primarily from Khazar University. Over the course of the next month, participants will undergo practical training aimed at strengthening their analytical and critical thinking skills while deepening their understanding of international relations, regional security, and geopolitics.

The interns were welcomed by Orkhan Yolchuyev, Director of the CASPIA Analytical Center, who emphasized the importance of investing in the next generation of analysts.

"The CASPIA Analytical Center is committed to fostering analytical and critical thinking among young professionals. In today's increasingly complex international environment, there is a growing need for specialists who can move beyond information gathering to produce objective analysis, assess strategic risks, and formulate well-grounded expert assessments. We strive to create an environment where aspiring researchers can develop the professional competencies required for careers in policy analysis and international affairs. I am confident that this internship will become an important milestone in the participants' professional development," said Orkhan Yolchuyev.

The one-month internship program will be conducted in an interactive format and will include thematic seminars, practical workshops, analytical case studies, simulations of international negotiations, discussions of current geopolitical developments, and research assignments supervised by the Center's experts.

Through initiatives such as this internship program, the CASPIA Analytical Center continues to support the development of a new generation of analysts and researchers capable of contributing to evidence-based policymaking and advancing expertise in international relations, regional security, and public policy.
