The Center for Analysis of Strategic Policy and International Affairs (CASPIA), represented by Director Orkhan Yolchuyev, and Trans Caspian Cargo LLP, based in Atyrau, Kazakhstan and represented by General Director Rustem Bisaliyev, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at enhancing cooperation and promoting international understanding.

The agreement establishes a structured framework for joint research initiatives, knowledge exchange, and collaboration in the fields of political and economic analysis. Both sides highlighted their shared commitment to developing applied analytical projects and maintaining continuous expert-level dialogue on key regional and global economic developments.

A particular focus of the cooperation will be the Middle Corridor, where the two institutions intend to deepen analysis of its strategic importance, risks, and development prospects. The parties also agreed to organize webinars and expert lectures for business communities operating in the logistics and transport sectors, with the aim of improving practical understanding of regional connectivity and trade routes.

CASPIA and Trans Caspian Cargo emphasized that sustained cooperation will contribute to the production of high-quality analytical outputs, strengthen research capacity, and further deepen academic and professional ties between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. The partnership is expected to support more informed strategic decision-making in logistics and regional economic planning.
