CASPIA is seeking experienced Research Fellows
CASPIA invites applications from experienced analysts with a strong background in international relations, geopolitics, security studies, geoeconomics, energy policy, or regional studies. Candidates are expected to demonstrate proven analytical capacity, policy oriented writing skills, and the ability to work with complex regional and global issues in a professional research environment.
Analysts at CASPIA contribute to in depth analytical reports, policy briefs, expert commentary, and strategic assessments for decision makers, expert communities, and international audiences. The role involves independent research, participation in collective analytical projects, and engagement with ongoing regional and international policy debates.
Applicants should have relevant academic or professional experience, a strong publication or research record, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages and regional expertise are considered strong advantages.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct analytical research on socio-political and regional processes;
2. Prepare analytical notes, reports, and presentations in a formal business style;
3. Monitor and analyze information from open sources, including media and social networks;
4. Process and systematize data, prepare conclusions and recommendations;
5. Participate in the preparation and organization of expert events and conferences.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
1. Higher education in one of the following fields:
• Political Science;
• International Relations;
• Regional Studies;
• History;
• Journalism;
• Philology;
• Public Administration.
Professional Skills:
• Critical thinking and analytical approach;
• Ability to reason and formulate well-grounded conclusions;
• Proficiency in business writing;
• Fluency in at least one foreign language;
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media monitoring tools.
Experience:
• Participation in local and international conferences, internships, or research projects;
• Previous experience in analytical, research, or editorial work will be an advantage.
