The STEM Analytical Center hosted a meeting with Talgat Kaliev, PhD in Political Science and Member of the National Kurultai under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed ongoing structural transformations in Kazakhstan, as well as key trends in the country’s domestic political development. Particular attention was given to institutional reforms, governance modernization, and the broader trajectory of political and socio-economic transformation amid evolving regional and global dynamics.

The discussion also focused on the importance of regional cooperation within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States. Participants emphasized the need to strengthen coordination and expand the humanitarian dimension of cooperation, including initiatives aimed at developing a unified linguistic model to enhance connectivity and engagement among the youth of member states.

The parties further welcomed Azerbaijan’s accession as a full member of the Consultative Meeting of Central Asian Heads of State, noting that this step creates additional opportunities for deepening regional dialogue, strengthening political coordination, and advancing interregional projects.

The STEM Analytical Center reaffirmed its commitment to continuing expert dialogue with Kazakh partners and contributing to the development of strategic regional cooperation.
