CASPIA (Center for Analysis of Strategic Policy and International Affairs) is an independent analytical and research center specializing in strategic analysis of international and regional politics, geoeconomics, security, energy, connectivity, and transformational processes across the wider Eurasian space.
CASPIA’s work is focused on producing objective, balanced, and policy relevant analysis on key developments affecting the post Soviet space, the South Caucasus, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and adjacent regions. In an environment marked by heightened politicization of international affairs and fragmentation of expert discourse, the Center aims to address the growing demand for rigorous, non partisan, and methodologically grounded analytical output.
The core mission of CASPIA encompasses the collection, assessment, and interpretation of information; the preparation of strategic assessments, policy briefs, and in depth analytical reports; and the formulation of practical recommendations for governmental and public institutions, expert communities, international organizations, media outlets, and the academic sector. Rather than engaging in short term commentary, CASPIA prioritizes the identification of long term trends, structural risks, and strategic opportunities.
In addition to its analytical work, CASPIA implements educational and research programs, including internships, training courses, expert workshops, closed door discussions, and international conferences. The Center regards the development of the next generation of analysts as a strategic investment and provides young researchers with opportunities for direct participation in substantive analytical work.
CASPIA is open to cooperation with scholars, doctoral candidates, postgraduate researchers, and students conducting research in international relations, global political economy, history, ethnography, and regional studies. The Center positions itself as an intellectual platform that bridges academic knowledge, applied strategic analysis, and the practical needs of policy and expert communities.
