CASPIA Analytical Center invites young analysts working on contemporary issues of international relations, foreign policy, geopolitics, history, and ethnography to cooperate.
CASPIA is an independent analytical center specializing in the analysis of political, socio-economic, and historical processes in the post-Soviet space, the South Caucasus, and the broader Eurasian context. The Center focuses on applied research and the production of concise, structured analytical materials for a professional audience.
We are interested in candidates capable of independently analyzing international and regional developments, working with sources, and formulating clear analytical conclusions.
Young analysts (approximately 23–30 years old)
Higher education in international relations, political science, conflict studies, international economics, history, or related disciplines
(preference is given to graduates of humanities universities specializing in international relations and political science)
Ability to write analytical articles, commentaries, and short policy-oriented briefs on current international issues
Basic proficiency in using artificial intelligence (AI) tools for analytical and research purposes
Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian (knowledge of English and other foreign languages is an advantage)
Participation in the Center’s analytical and research projects, preparation of expert materials, and involvement in organizing seminars, roundtables, and expert discussions.
